Supper Club: James Holdsworth
Join us in The Loft for our next Supper Club with guest chef James Holdsworth.
James is a self-taught British cook and food creator based in London, renowned for his passion for seasonal cooking and the use of exceptional ingredients.
Drawing inspiration from both the rich traditions of Italian regional cuisine and the abundance of outstanding British produce, James cooks the food that he loves. He has made seasonality the cornerstone of his culinary philosophy, and his regular supper clubs directly reflect this.
The menu will feature a selection of starters such as fried pheasant with mustard aioli & focaccia with crab and fennel salad.
The main course will include hogget, celeriac purée, cavolo nero and jerusalem artichoke. For desert, James has chosen a classic bread & butter pudding.
An optional wine pairing at £45pp will be available on the night.
