Japanese Night
Led by Chris Golding, Operations Chef at Creative Restaurant Group, whose career has included roles at Dinings SW3, Nobu and Zuma, The Hero will be showcasing a one-night-only menu curated by Chris, drawing on decades of experience across Japanese and Southeast Asian kitchens.
Hosted in the first-floor dining room, the menu will feature a seasonal selection celebrating Japanese technique and British summer produce, with dishes including two Temakis: Chalk Stream Trout with Tomato and Elderflower, and Scallop with Nori Jam, followed by Shiso Herb Crusted Lamb with Dengaku Miso, Aubergine and Asparagus, and to finish, Shokupan with Strawberries, White Chocolate and Vanilla.
