Supper Club: Japanese Night

Join us in The Loft on Sunday 17th August for a Japanese Supper Club with chef Max Barber.

Born in Japan, Max was raised in the UK before returning to Japan to train as a chef. The foundation of his cooking comes from six years as sous-chef at Shirosaka, a Michelin-starred kappō-ryōri-ya-san in Akasaka, Tokyo.

Since returning to the UK in 2021, Max has worked as a private chef for the Deputy Japanese Ambassador in London, enjoyed a short stint at Le Louis XV in Monaco, and cooked at Kiku in Mayfair.

A sake pairing will be available on the night.
